::The nurses' behavior and dealings with patients vary greatly depending on the practice. While the specialists in Ms. Michalke, Ms. Hahn and Ms. Schröder's practices are friendly and try to find solutions, this is not the case at all on the third floor. In my opinion, the tone is totally harsh and emotionally cold. If something is not possible, it is not explained, but rather with "that does not work and that is the way it is, accept it" behavior. The patient's well-being is relatively irrelevant. Sure, there are guidelines, but at least you can try to help. In addition, it is impossible not to be able to change the general practitioner in the house if one is dissatisfied. Then you have to look for a completely new one. Doesn't explain itself to me - but that's how it is.

::After thyroid surgery and constant unwellness, Ms. DR. Goschütz was my salvation. She took her time, I felt that I was in good hands right from the start and it is checked regularly. The nurses in the registration area are always friendly and you are always welcomed in the laboratory. Everyone does a very good job!

::We are strangers in the city. Our son had coughing fits that resulted in vomiting several times. Approx. 10 paediatricians (search via google) in town were either on vacation, not open or no one answered the phone. That's why we went to the best doctor / medical center first. By chance it was the MVZ Polymed Chemnitz. It was clear that no pediatrician was practicing at the MVZ Polymed Chemnitz. However, we urgently and verifiably needed medical help. In the medical center, we were sent from one room to another on different floors of the building with a child suffering from coughing fits. After about 45 minutes and another almost handover before one of the registrations, we were sent to the emergency room of a children's clinic at the other end of town by the registration staff. Chemnitz is a big city and the travel time can be 60 minutes without any problems. It was obvious that the aim of the registration was to get us out of the house really quickly. We were also given the phone number of the alleged emergency room. We called this phone number on site. After we had described our problem, the question "... and what do you want from me?" Was asked at the other end of the line. In the end, we were helped by a local pediatrician who we also found on google. We are still considering whether to report the incident with the MVZ Polymed Chemnitz to the medical association. Therefore the rating can only be: Not recommended.
