  I actually wanted to use the call back service to make an appointment. Unfortunately, nobody called back at the agreed time. So I went there myself. The queue at the reception went almost to the stairwell, after a good 30 minutes it was finally my turn. I had an acute injury but was given an appointment in 4 weeks. I left unfulfilled things. The staff seemed overwhelmed, there was only one person available for telephone and patient contact on site at the same time. A no-go! I got another appointment earlier and cannot recommend the MZV in terms of organization alone. I can't say anything about the doctors. It is easier to get a papal audience than to be treated there by a doctor.

  Great praise to Dr. med. Krause. Very good treatment and verification visits, if everything is really right, will not be forgotten afterwards. She takes her time and has an open ear for all questions.

  Dr Rezler (gynecologist) is very competent and super nice .. The office hours assistants are also really nice and nice
