::Bad. The employees don't even look at you when you enter the room and when you talk to them they just send you away in a sulky and annoyed manner. Really not recommended.

::Many thanks to the general practitioner, Ms. Alice Linhart, and her team of nurses. Although I didn't leave work on time today and was unfortunately about 20 minutes late for my appointment, I was greeted very friendly by the nurse. The evaluation discussion with the doctor about my laboratory values was also very informative/explanatory. I feel in good hands here because Ms. Linhart answered all of my questions. She is extremely good at motivating people to support their health with her practical and everyday tips... it's not just medicine that's being prescribed here... it's worth asking questions. And if the waiting room is very full and you have the feeling that no progress is being made, then don't start complaining straight away. The situation is similar in other doctor's offices.

::Unfriendly nurses at the reception...the ladies there think you're bored and want to pass the time with them...Despite being referred there, they want to tell you that you're in the wrong place...the doctors are very different friendly and competent...

::Waiting times were far too long even though you wanted to have an appointment and you were pressured to stay there even though all the waiting rooms were already overcrowded. I had to wait 5 hours before it was my turn and in the first 2 hours the lady at reception didn't even manage to read my card despite the transfer. Definitely not recommended, it's better to go straight to the hospital as it's quicker.

::Actually it should be minus. I have pain in my back and hips. You don't get treated in Nossen. Not in Meißen. Let alone in Döbeln. I'm supposed to go to Leisnig. What's going wrong here. Tomorrow I can go to Dresden. Has anyone ever thought about what the patients are expected to do here?
