::In 2024, you can't be in such a bad position as a doctor's office: it's not possible to make an appointment over the phone, you get lame, unhelpful answers by email, and in fact it's best to come in person to make an appointment. If you then get an appointment, the receptionists appear bored, snarky about your own employer/work environment and treat customers present dismissively or even contemptuously. Since I am always extremely friendly, this was not the case for me, but I also do not tolerate this kind of behavior towards others. There is a general opinion that the "poor health workers" are victims of the circumstances, overflowing patient numbers and increasingly harsh tone from patients - in this practice you can clearly see that you are by no means a victim, but rather with your own attitude and a certain helplessness Organizing yourself in the digital world is directly responsible for these conditions. Complaint management trained employees, friendly demeanor, even a certain level of sophistication or at least a well-groomed appearance, eloquence, a minimum of work ethic - none of that exists here. Now this is happening less and less in other practices, but even in a direct comparison you should avoid this practice.

::Today I was in the practice with my son with acute problems in the "acute consultation" as it is shown on the homepage. We were turned away. The acute consultation is designed for existing patients. This is not mentioned anywhere!!!!! We should go to the pediatrician, but it's closed today. Then we should just drive to the university clinic. You are sent from A to B, no one takes care of the acute problem and remains untreated. Class practice

::My dermatologist's practice in Dresden, which was previously treated by Ms. Schamfuss and Ms. Wunderlich, is now a guest of Mr. Strehle for skin checks and allergy advice. Long queues of patients, when you come to the emergency consultation, if you have time and make an appointment about 3 months in advance, everything works great. I feel well treated and looked after, even unnecessary operations are discouraged, as it should be. So highly recommended, just calling the practice almost never works, I can never get through.

::an amazing experience ! and great team work. It's very convenient to deal with the doctors, nurses and all employees there, specially if you are from outside the country and your German language is not sufficient, they speak easily in English. They take your case very seriously and keep up with the patient even after treatment.

::Significant waiting time, but very friendly and seemingly knowledgeable advice and treatment.
