  Called about amplifier repairs, this was confirmed as a service provided by the company. In the shop my Marshall amplifier was made badly, only a camouflage transistor and very old. Device was opened and all components wobbled haphazardly. It was also found that the device had been opened before, whatever that should tell me. Can already be with an older device. It's just a solid transistor device that can still be repaired. Then a functional test was made, with the result that the device was still defective, as well as. Then came the statement that you CANNOT repair it, you would have to send the device in. I refused. Device was reassembled. Then the conclusion: You also have new devices there or even used ones. I refused. Then you got 20 euros for 15 minutes! I left the business. At home I opened the device myself and noticed a broken solder joint on a potentiometer. I soldered these. Result: device works again. Thanks for nothing, Musikhaus Oehme! Unfortunately we won't see each other again.

  A music software (sealed) was sold to me in this shop. At home, I found that this is no longer usable because this software has already been registered. The seller declined to take back / repay, noting that he is not responsible for the functioning of the software. I did not expect this reaction and I am very disappointed.
