::I was on the emergency room on a Sunday morning and everything went very well. Everyone was friendly (receptionist, nurses and doctor). The doctor took the time to examine me and hear everything I had to say. I recommend to go very early, I was there at 7:20 and the first appointment is 8:30, so I was the first one.

::We called there, we were told to go without an appointment, when we were there the same morning we were sent away again because only emergencies are accepted. Unfortunately not an isolated case. Another patient on site reported that she was recently sent away after waiting 6 hours there and was sent away again today.

::During the first plantar wart treatment I was told that I should say during the second treatment that I would only come for re-icing. Then the waiting time would be shorter. I said this today and still waited 8 hours!!

::Yesterday I called the clinic and I asked for someone who spoke English (I am from Spain and I have recently moved to Germany, so it is still difficult for me to communicate in Deutsch). The woman who answered the phone said that she did not and finished the call instead of looking for someone who did it. Today I drove 1h from home to the clinic and when I asked the receptionist if she spoke English again she answered so impolite in Deutsch that I must speak Deutsch. I showed her my german health card and said I had to left and come tomorrow in the morning without knowing the cause of my visit. I would not recommend this hospital.
