  Wifi... absolutely useless. To put it in your guest information that the hotel can not guarantee connectivity, and then to also tell a guest on check out that there is nothing you can do about it, is disgraceful for a 4 star hotel, catering to business guests. Most of the time it didn't work at all, and the times I could connect, it was barely fast enough to even check emails. I spent 4 nights and over 800 euros there - I will be taking my custom to another hotel next time, that will afford me the opportunity to be able to work in the evenings and stay in contact with home. Please drag yourselves into the 21st century

  The bedroom was so hot it was not possible to sleep well. Having the window open means being kept awake by the railway. I know you want to be eco, but not having air conditioning is very poor. My room was €350 per night and for that money I expect a lot better. Friends were staying in other hotels, paying €160 per night with air con and peaceful surroundings. When you are working its very important to sleep well but your rooms are like a sauna. There are not enough waiting staff in the restaurant, particularly at breakfast time. The staff in the Cave Bar are rude and unfriendly. Not going to stay with you again.

  Gutes Hotel. Sehr schöne und interessante Architektur und super Lage. Allerdings waren die Zimmer sehr warm und eine Klimaanlage nicht da oder hat nicht funktioniert. Größter Kritikpunkt betrifft das Frühstück. Am Wochenende ist es ein Kampf einen Tisch für mehr als 2 Personen zu bekommen. Großteil der Tische war an "externe" Leute vergeben, die dort ihren Geburtstag o.Ä. feierten oder Tische für 4 Personen wurde von bloß 2 Leuten belegt. An dem System und der Tischzuweisung sollte man arbeiten, damit den Hotelgäste ein stressfreies Frühstück geboten werden kann.

  Wspaniały hotel. Bardzo miła obsługa. Polecam rezerwację pokoi na wyższych piętrach. Wspaniała panorama Hamburga. Dobra kuchnia w restauracji. Bardzo komfortowe pokoje. Dobrze wyposażone. Ekspres do kawy w pokoju to rzadkość w innych hotelach.
