  Breakfast was good (4:5) … but I would not recommend staying at it. When we arrived, the front desk lady was professional. Unfortunately, quite the opposite to what we asked for, we stayed at a very loud room, close to the lifts, so resting was a bit complicated. The walls are not thick or sound proof so be ready to even hear other guests‘ TV if loud. The room was not what we expected at all (2:5). The walls of our room had odd stains sprinkled inside the bathroom and by the bed. It was not clean. The carpet was dirty and you can tell that it had not been vacuumed in a long time. The duvet was extremely old and had odd brown stains too. 😬😬🤢🤢 The mattress was not comfortable and their pillows are thin -and literally 2. When checking-out a front desk man asked about our overall experience, and we doubted about being honest or not. At the end, we mentioned these hygiene details. He did not like our comments and reacted not in a very positive way. I do not understand why asking if feedback is not appreciated. Further, when we inquired about accumulating Accor points he mentioned “Expedia” in a funny way too. As in a negative connotation. If staff does not react positively to online booking portals or like them, talk to your Admins, not to guests.

  Location is great, very close to the metro and local street for shops/restaurants. The hotel is beautiful and very interesting. Breakfast is great and the Cave bar is very cool. Our only issue was that the staff seemed a bit confused about some things and kept giving us conflicting info so could possibly do with a little more training but generally very friendly and helpful. All in all a great stay and a lovely few days.

  The hotel is beautifully decorated, but the rooms are a bit underwhelming compared to the common areas. I had a great view from the 11th floor, though!Staff is great, the location is perfect, and everything is clean. Overall, it was a great experience!

  Looks okay but no view for a visitor like me. The kitchen is impressive and the reception is receptive. Loads of literature for directions and entertainment. You can get a shaving stick for free. That's all. Pack your power gadget...they don't have any for support. They changed my room. Again, they look good but can do more.

  The hotel is good and the staff is also good but when it comes to customers satisfaction I was not impressed. Extra bottle has a cost and many other things like the fridge was not working in my room. So the overall experience was not bad but could have been better....
