::Very friendly advice, you take your time for the customer. Top!

::Well, a shop stands or falls with its employees and this is a good example of this: my first experience with a lady who repaired my watch for me at the time was extremely good. My second with a gentleman was underground. Short version: only go in there when you see who will serve you. So now for the details: The lady was highly knowledgeable and greeted me in the friendliest possible way and fixed my watch in front of my eyes and with explanations. Now to the gentleman: When I decided to have a watch repaired there a second time, it was just a joke in comparison. I come to the store. The employee is bummed. Now he's getting his shoe polish done. The good 4/5 minutes without turning around or anything else. All right. Must be an important task. Continue. Turns around and looks at you as if you were undesirable. Absolutely zero greeting. Yeah, service is probably his dream job;). I briefly describe what should be done on the clock, sit down with appropriate distance and Plexiglas between me and the overly friendly gentleman (by the way, just like at the time with the lady where everything went so well). After all, I want to see if my property is being damaged or not. The nice man chases me away with a wave of his hand. I should sit further away. Please where I happen to be unable to see what he's doing with my watch. Everything because of Corona, of course;). I still remembered exactly how the lady repaired the watch back then and cannot see (from my line of sight) the tools in use that were used the last time (e.g. press to close the watch properly). I also see the good man struggling to close the watch with his bare hands. Oh wonder, the watch is not really tightly closed and so he sends me away again. Interestingly, after changing the battery, I also noticed rough scratches on the back of the case. Before, afterwards I would recommend photos to every customer! Really important in this case! Well, I quickly notice that the rear clock is not properly closed and I run back. Oh, now the press is actually being used. Interesting. Well, the watch is finally locked. No apology. Conclusion: does not do its job properly, damages the object and is neither friendly nor insightful. So a horror service. I can only assume that this shop has a lot of customers, so it doesn't matter how each one is treated. You've already got rid of one of them after an initially good experience. Too bad. This can also damage your reputation.
