::Wir hatten für 1 Woche ein Pedelec gemietet. Wichtig war eine Rücktrittbremse und ein kleinerer Rahmen (für meine Mutter, 163 cm groß). Es war ein toller Kontakt und eine problemlose Abwicklung. Alles war Bestens und wir werden uns auf jeden Fall wieder melden wenn wir ein Fahrrad benötigen.

::Great experience. We rented out a bike with 3 wheels. Mike took the time to explain it all to us and especially the differences to a 2 wheeler. We even called him outside of business hours and he was very polite to us. Keep it up Mike! Great service!

::First things first; this is the best place to rent bikes in Karlsruhe bar none. The bikes are in great shape, and Mike is a very nice and fair guy that would do anything to make sure your biking experience is nothing short of amazing. He is very knowledgeable, not only about bikes, but about places to bike, so feel free to ask him for tips. Check beforehand his shop's rental hours and try to rent early if you can. The rates are what is on the web site and the renting process is super fast and simple. It is best to pre-pay (cash is better) the rental so the return is even faster. Karlsruhe is one of the best places to bike in Germany, so enjoy!
