::Very competent and committed advice, individual requests are dealt with and there are often separate tips and ideas, even unusual special requests at prsl. Events have been organized for the employees (in our case Ms. Bach, Halberstädter Straße). Every trip so far has been a great experience ... and a small suburban problem during our last trip was resolved very quickly.
