  Schade, dass man hier überhaupt einen Stern vergeben kann. Die mit Abstand schlimmste Sauna, in der ich je gewesen bin. Kein Vergleich zur großen Schwester in Frankfurt. Preise für das, was geboten wird maßlos überteuert. Personal desinteressiert. Publikum, wenn überhaupt vorhanden, unterirdisch. Die "automatisierte" Reaktion der Leitung spricht Bände... Vielleicht sollte man eher was ändern, anstatt die Schuld bei den Bewertenden zu suchen..

  When will Germans realise that if you want to have a successful business, you need to train your staff to be polite and friendly to ALL guests? The bald Nazi guy at reception was so rude. I will not go back.

  Nice sauna with a big wellness and cruising area. good service and average prices for drinks. i will come back soon.

  I visited in July at the Poland party. There were only three people in the sauna between 20 and 23 hours. The only member of staff there that night had a kind of an attitude. I spoke shortly to two Poles only busy with themselves. Further there were older guys not aware of anything going on there and not bothered at all. Finally I fled to the Pluto sauna, formerly known as Phoenix. So don't waste your time here.
