::Checkin was terrible. Need to fill in many details also very confusing with 2 rooms. No help from hotel also. Checkput was terirble as wel. She did not believe that i booked the breakfast even when i showed it on my phone

::Impeccable in every aspect! Smiley welcome, efficient check-in, recognition of Gold membership and upgrade for both me & wife, plus the second room for the kids ... + snacks and welcome drinks for everyone. Superb room and fantastic mattress = divine sleep comfort. The bathroom amenities were also of top quality... even the small details were carefully considered (nespresso coffee machine, slippers, bathrobes etc). Proximity to city center and easy on-site parking were a big PLUS to visit the crowded Christmas market. Breakfast was also EXCELLENT in terms of variety, quality and frequent replenishment. I am struggling to find something negative ... perhaps only that breakfast room became overcrowded after a little while ... BUT the whole family had a great table, so we enjoyed it. Definitely the best overnight stay in our Christmas markets road-trip to several cities

::I have visited this hotel twice in the past month and have had outstanding experiences. I visit Würzburg regularly and in my opinion this is the best hotel I have stayed at in the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the breakfast is top notch! Also it's an excellent location convenient to the train station and walkable to most of the city's prime destinations. This is an outstanding hotel and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Würzburg.

::The hotel is well located to be both accessible en route and has good pedestrian access to the city centre. Our room was a little dated and in need of refurbishment but adequate. Overnight parking in the secure underground car park was convenient and available although a little expensive.
