::Clean, spacious and well located (close to the city centre and the central rail station). Breakfast was generous and with a good quality. Workers were nice, helpful and gentle.

::We were travelling from the UK to to Berlin with car and had a stopover in Hannover. We trust Mercure Hotels, which are usually nice, but this one in Hannover was really exceptional. Hotel staff was nice and kind, rooms were clean, dark (as we like it) and quiet. The only negative thing I can mention is that my son had problems with the wifi connection

::Brilliant hotel. The room was spacious and clean, the staff were very helpful and accommodating of our requests. The slightly impersonal atmosphere of the room floors is compensated by a welcoming ground floor area, with a lovely library / relaxing / work zone, a nice bar and breakfast area. The breakfast itself was stand-out, with a great array of fresh choices including some originalities such as honeycomb and delicious gluten-free breads!

::You can provide moisturizer and shaving kit, it could have been convenient. Breakfast is very costly for the no. of dishes provided. Overall cost was high. Room service was great!! Staff were courteous and ver helpful!! Hotel was clean!! I really liked the place in Lobby were one can sit and read, Good concept. I don't know whether it was due to demand, but the cost was on higher side.
