  Emailed hotel a few days before arrival to ask about where to meet the shuttle bus from airport; they never responded. Once we arrived, waited ages for shuttle from airport to hotel. Called hotel twice and was told both times it would be there in 5 minutes. It never arrived, so we took a taxi at our cost. Check in was slow. Internet is slow. Fitness room is a joke. Check out was fine and shuttle back to airport was on time(must book in advance). Rooms small, shower was uncomfortable. Bed was ok but the blankets and sheets were lacking. Would not recommend.

  Completely unacceptable, don't waste your money or ruin your day. Quick summary Staff is out of control and rude. Rooms are small and the shuttle service a mess. Long story Hotel itself is probably a 2 star at best and only without considering the service and training of the staff. Very small rooms, probably the smallest hotel room I have seen so far. They do have a shuttle to the airport but be careful to reserve it in advance and german punctuality is actually not honored by the shuttle service, therefore reserve the one 30 minutes ahead of time... The receptionist that day was completely unacceptable. During check out he needed to explain his life story, why he did not sleep well and of course why he did not have time for breakfast. All of this by the way as a mono conversation. He made a huge deal about not wanting cash and gave a long explication that everybody is using credit cards now a days. He even went so far to compain that he would need to actually count and of course would get in trouble afterward since he most likely would make a mistake... This is an airport hotel where I do assume some people would try to get ride of some foreign currency when going home... but that is just a side story which ended without any complains and a polite smile. The trouble started with the shuttle. It did not arrive in time and a simple question if the receptionist could check on the status turned ugly. The receptionist complained to the driver about the unpatient guest. And when the receptionist was asked to keep it profesional he complaint of getting his feelings hurt and insisted im an appology. What a world. If the receptionist is like that, what is happening behind closed doors? There are other great hotels in the area.
