  I have to say that I am very happy and surprised with the customer service. I want to give special thanks to Johannes Bormann for super approach and customer service. The details are for us but what can I say - the understanding - at least with mister Bormann is huge. Thank you for seeing my point of view and fighting for a good deal for me. After my car was fixed I had a safe rest of the trip ( 600+km ). Thank you, big plus for both mister Bornmann and Mercedes!

  The car repair is extremely expensive. But they have a good coffee :)
