::My daughters have been patients at this dental clinic for more than 6 years. They are experts in orthodontics. The experience with them during these long treatments was very good. Also the end result. They are very friendly and professional. They always solve all doubts and emergencies. Highly recommended for your children.

::My sister and I were long-time patients here several years ago, but I noticed this practice so negatively that I think it's only fair to add my two cents. First of all, we are private patients and were able to feel how important financial resources are in contrast to the well-being of the patient. First of all, I had braces on my front teeth. After each "consultation" in which my mother was explained what the current status of my teeth was (length of the conversation approx. 2 minutes) there was a very high bill that was incomprehensible. (Prices of course excluding the treatment itself, which has its justification!) Completely incomprehensible to me if these were check-up appointments. It should also be taken into account that regular visits of 3-6 weeks were observed. Based on experience (including private patients), there are significantly cheaper practices with professional doctors who respond to the patient and their individual wishes. Now we come to the highlight: when I was offered to have braces done on my lower teeth and I refused because I didn't want to be tied to this practice again, the doctor told me how crooked my teeth were but how dare I go out with them and how people would laugh at me. I stuck with my choice. As of today: ironically no one laughed at me :) By the way, another employee was sent to me to continue to convince me of the same opinion. Seems pretty unprofessional and traumatic for a 12 year old :)) Now, years later, I decided to write this post because I think of the young girls that something like this could really offend. There are certainly competent practices in Wattenscheid, but I would always advise against this.

::Super nice orthodontist, I had braces made for adults. Good advice, receptionists are also very, very nice. My appointment was postponed upon request. Small drawback, you still sometimes have to wait a little longer for appointments. But nice practice. Greetings Ms. Stescha

::Hello dear people, I already gave my personal opinion last year. This Kiefer doctor is super nice and has just as much knowledge. They know exactly what they can do and what they can do to help. You don't have to wait long and I'm still thrilled. A very friendly team and the (doctor looks as pretty as she is nice) and that's a thumbs up for me... kind regards Ms. Bösemann.
