  One star is still too many. I bit down on the retainer so badly that the wire constantly stuck in my jaw. When I called, I was told that it wasn't an emergency; after all, it wasn't a toothache. I said that the wire was piercing my jaw, and then I received the following suggestion: You can come and we'll cut the wire off. If this is the right approach, destroying a loose wire that just needs to be glued in and then having a new one made for 200 euros, I doubt that other good dental work is being done here.
