  Outpatient psychiatric care did nothing for me personally. At the beginning, the boss came to my house (temporarily), she was also full of energy and very nice. Then her colleague took over, she was also nice but...she often canceled appointments, had a sick child, etc. When she came, she said the sentence "I don't like them at all today, they don't look good at all." Oh no...I'm sick, of course I don't look good! She often took this as an opportunity to run away again after a few minutes. Everyone needs time to be able to talk about problems. I wrote mine by email, but nothing ever came back because it didn't matter. Communication is zero! Anyone looking for help should also look elsewhere.
