  Very slow service. I couldn’t believe that we could sit there for so long without someone taking our order even though they were well staffed with few patrons. Large portions and good food.

  Very poor service until we made a complaint to the manager, who then, to be fair, responded well. However, chicken soup was watery and tasteless, pasta was cold, ragu was chewy and thin, coffee average at best. It may be close to the Messe and better than a hotdog, but that's not saying much. Overall.... Poor.

  Eaten here several times before and it's been great. Not so tonight however. Booked a meal for my wife and myself as we had eaten there before and loved the food and the ambiance. So we were on a date night and really looking forward to it. Sadly, it's been a let down. My wife's pasta was undercooked and when we mentioned it to the waiter he offered us a small portion cooked fresh. Perhaps a full portion might have been a better answer or an offer to knock it off the bill or supply an alternative. None came. A couple of the staff were borderline surly. Hence no tip. I suspect the place may have changed hands because previously I've had great food there and wonderful service. If it hasn't changed hands then the owner needs to shake his staff up. There's no shortage of great places to eat in Frankfurt. Needless to say, I shan't be beating a path to their door again.

  Super friendly staff, great food. I accidentally threw 2 glasses and a bottle off the table, the waiter was super friendly and helpful in cleaning the situation up asap, asked immediately if somebody got hurt – perfect reaction. And then he got me a new version of the drink I had spilled without me asking and didn't even put it on the bill. That deserves 5 stars.
