The entire staff in all departments are very friendly and competent. I feel well looked after and in good hands here. The food is very balanced, more than sufficient and varied. Some people certainly complain about the construction work. But these are probably the same people who get upset when nothing is done. And at some point it has to be done. But the workers are also considerate and try to disrupt the process as little as possible. Night's sleep is absolutely guaranteed. And if you take your rehab seriously, you'll be busy during the day anyway.

At the beginning of December 2023, I started my rehabilitation program after a hip operation straight after my stay in the hospital. Now it's my last week, which I regret very much, I would have liked to have stayed longer. I am very satisfied with the therapeutic treatment, the food is good, plentiful, buffet selection for breakfast and dinner. The rooms are comfortable, but a bit old. Unfortunately, the cleaning of the rooms is borderline, maybe a service provider does that. You're not allowed to look into the corners, the cleaning staff hardly speak any German. They are probably also under time pressure and this needs to be improved. Unfortunately, there is also a shortage of skilled workers here. If an individual appointment is canceled due to the therapist's illness, there is unfortunately no replacement for this appointment. The therapy planning is sometimes such that you have a lot of appointments in one day, but then very few in three days. It should be better distributed here, even if similar therapy content is offered, these appointments should not be made on the same day. For example, what use is it to me to have two manual therapy appointments in one day if there are no such appointments available for the rest of the week and, as in my case now, the pain then has to be endured until the next week. So, the therapy measures would have to be coordinated more sensibly. But I don't know the background, so that would be my suggestion for improvement. Otherwise I would like to come back, the house itself constantly has some kind of "breakdown", heating and hot water alone at least 3 times during my 5 week stay. Likewise the elevators, which often break down. Of course everything will be resolved promptly, but it hinders operations. In the Internet age, WiFi is now a must, but that leaves a lot to be desired, as does the TV offering. You may have 10 channels to choose from, but not all public channels. I would have liked to have brought my Magenta box with me, and I would also have liked to have paid for high-performance internet, but that doesn't even exist here. The internet was only free due to ongoing fire protection renovation work in the house. Normally this is subject to a fee. All in all, I still liked it, I was here for therapeutic reasons. The weight room and the indoor swimming pool can be used in the evenings outside of therapy times, and there are leisure activities for everyone who still hasn't had enough after a strenuous day. I liked it, but deducted 1 point because of the defects in the house itself. Otherwise the facility is recommended. I will gladly come again.

Unbelievable 😟 I arrived here with a new knee prosthesis. I was assigned a room on the garden floor. Once there I entered a very small room, which was very dark and the view from the window showed a wall that I was looking against. A look into the bathroom also shocked me when I found a shower tray that had no anti-slip protection. When asked whether there was anti-slip protection, it was said that this was not possible for hygienic reasons. I also received a note informing me that towels are available once a week and if you want a change within that week, you have to pay an extra five euros. You also have to pay a media flat rate for WiFi and telephone, which costs €55 for four weeks. There is no reception with the mobile network in the house itself. Fortunately, you can currently get WiFi for free as construction work is taking place here. Since I have inflammatory bowel disease, I was horrified when I saw the food. There are 2-3 types of sausage and also 2-3 types of cheese. For three weeks now I've only had sliced cucumbers or dressed salads in the morning and evening, which I'm not allowed to eat. Lunch isn't healthy, it seems to be cooked with additives and glutamate or flavor enhancers or something similar, as my intestines break down within three days reacted to food with diarrhea. It was only after two and a half weeks, after speaking to doctors several times, that I was given prednisolone so that at least my flare-up could be curbed again. When we asked the nutritionist, we were told that this was an economical venture and that we had to save money on food. When I asked the staff whether there would happen to be a sliced tomato or pepper that could be eaten as a topping in the near future, they said, "Yes, when you get back home." Now I see more and more often at breakfast also at dinner people who bring their own sausage, cheese, fresh tomatoes, peppers or other things to eat. I've been doing this too for about a week. The cleanliness also leaves something to be desired. Only after I watched the cleaning lady and showed her that there was a thick layer of dust on the counters, the tables, the bed, how does she stand with her rag over it, after she was finished, did you see the thick layer of dust on her rag . Also. The bathroom is not cleaned properly. Very often she simply goes over the tiles with the vacuum cleaner and is then done. The mold is now forming in the bathroom. The faucet has also been dripping since I moved in here. I'm curious whether the cleaning lady will report this herself at some point. Otherwise I will report it when I leave. After I complained about my room on the first day and said that I was getting depressed here, a request was made for a different room. It took almost a week before I was allowed to move into a new room. This room is equipped with a balcony and has a friendlier design thanks to a large window front, but the carpet smells terrible. (After cheese feet). The reception is very friendly and responds to complaints. These are usually resolved within 24-48 hours if possible. The rehab facility, the carpets reminiscent of the movie Titanic, the cleanliness, the food, none of this contributes to a positive recovery. The positive at the end: Although I have the impression that knee, hip or back patients are not treated individually - gymnastics is always mixed - all therapists try very hard to make the best of the situation. The staff in the dining room is also very courteous, friendly and helpful. All in all, I still can't recommend this rehab under any circumstances.

I've been in the house for four weeks now. A time that I will remember for a long time. I always felt very comfortable during the four weeks. The relationship with the doctors and trainers is now almost friendly. Another enrichment is the city of Wiesbaden itself, which for me is now one of the most beautiful cities in Germany. The gastronomy and the beautiful architecture are fantastic. I would like to thank you all for the great time. Thanks alot By the way, get well soon, Mr Boustani
