::The reception was really rude. She was not in the service industry. I expected a 4-star hotel to have a refrigerator in the room. in the bathroom drinking glasses, there were plastic cups. I expected there was wifi in the room, at least I didn't get it and I couldn't find the wifi code. never again on a business trip to this place. This is based on my experience and expectations.

::Superficially a good hotel, but the room was too cold and the bed was too soft and lumpy. Breakfast was adequate.

::Easily accessible from the autobahn. Rooms are basic but functional, I was on the second floor facing away from the road and while you could just near the noise, it was not disturbing at all. No AC in the rooms it got a little uncomfortable in the night, particularly with the cheap “plastic” bedding. Staff seemed relatively friendly, car park is spacious but more of a large gravel area around the back. Didn’t give a feeling of security. For a motel, this is 5/5, calling it a hotel would get it 3/5 in my book. There is EV rapid charging about a 5 minute walk away.
