  Staff people are mostly nice, but chef of tv part thinks he is owner of this place. He overrides the deals made with others one our ago. He doesn’t even listen. I decided to buy the tv from saturn because of his behaviours. It is also cheaper at saturn, even he could not understand it!

  On Aug 27th, at 19:00h. I visited MediaMarkt to buy an Airpots 2, while I’m checking the prices online, I found it on Real and Amazon 40€ cheaper!! So I went to the responsible guy, trying to advise that the same product on other online shops are cheaper, could you do something about your price? Or I buy it there? The guy at MediaMarkt start check the prices online to make sure I’m not lying, then he turns to me saying that “we at MediaMarkt don’t take those platforms as a reference or even we believe on them!!!!” , so I said you don’t believe in AMAZON $1 trillion or even REAL?! Then why we should believe on you! To make the long story short, I hit the purchase button in front of him, next day the Airpods arrived, paying 40€ less than MediaMarkt ( same identical product) The idea is to share how rude some saleers or employees on that branch, no manners of dealing with a client or having conversation!! One of the places I won’t miss going there. Finally, always check prices online if you have to go there. Thanks for reading :))
