::Dear Maxl Team, I go to Maxl Bäck several times a week and happened to be in this branch in Zellingen today. I ordered a latte and actually wanted to buy more. After my latte was filled with filter coffee from a large pot and a dollop of milk foam was placed on top, I was very irritated. I've never experienced that in a branch before. When I asked if it was filter coffee, I was told that I should have said so when ordering. The manner was not exactly customer-oriented. Please excuse me, but I can clearly praise your employees in Hettstadt for their very friendly manner towards customers and was unfortunately very disappointed in this branch in Zellingen.
