::Very uncomfortable experience followed the whole way round by museum employee peering at us around the corners. Reduced entry price as half exhibition closed. Would have been enjoyable but for the unwanted and unnecessary attention.

::Interesting exposition of his artistic development, featuring many sculptures, photos, books etc. Do not expect to see any of his major paintings here, though. On the ground floor there was an excellent exhibition of contemporary artist Karin Kneffel.

::If you are a Max Ernst fan, then this is a must visit place for you. I am not a fan of his style, and disappointingly, there were none of his famous works on display. Admission reasonable at 11 euros, back packs have to be placed in lockers,,cost 2 euros.

::Absolutely loved the museum, such a beautiful surrounding area as well with gorgeous gardens. The museum is a must for any Max Ernst fan! We will be back!

::The museum was a great display of the life of Max Ernst through his life in Bruhl, to his adventures in America with his wife and the emotions he wished to convey through his art. Although other artists were featured and on display, I found the Max Ernst display to be the best. The museum is large and modern with storage lockers. My only criticism is the rather expensive price for adults which I found excessive.
