::A perfect location close to the beautiful and picturesque Old Town of Münster. I paid extra for the room overlooking a quiet valley, but instead got a room across from the loud elevator, on the 1st floor, overlooking a bunch of loud marihuana smokers - opening the window was not an option and the air conditioning was very loud and very cold- it kept going back to default settings despite changing the temperature manually. The room itself was quite spacious, modern and clean. The huge bed turned out to be two smaller beds put next to each other with no mattress connector, so not a very comfortable option. The breakfast was very basic, but of good quality. The rules for live cooking are not quite clear and could be communicated better. One tip for those travelling with car would be to download EasyPark app in advance, as the mobile data internet connection in the city was extremely slow- and you will need to pay for the parking on the opposite side of the street, as the spots in front of hotel are reserved for packing and unpacking only. Oh, and keep in mind there are some stairs between the reception and the elevator - 3 male members of the staff watched me struggle with a huge suitcase but none of them offered help. Also- if you travel with a pet (there is a nice park just outside the hotel), you will be greeted with a dog bed and some snacks- in our case the bed was worn out and used and the snacks “best before” date expired 8 months ago… You may want to double check before you feed your Pooh. The hotel uses regular room keys instead of cards so you have to choose between going out with quite bulky key, with name of the hotel and room number written on it or leave it at the recepcion and then wait long minutes before someone hands it back to you. One thing I loved the most was the shower gel scent- I would buy it and take back home if there was such option. To summarise: 260 euro for a night for such experience is a ripoff and I don’t think I’d stay there again.

::The hotel showed that it was a lot more than what it actually had to offer. The Nespresso machine was dirty and the pods were not the original Nespresso pods which wasn't good. The rooms were smaller than what they looked like online. There was also a full glass pane looking from the bedroom into the shower cubicle and if the curtains were left open, people outside could also look in which we were not happy about. Breakfast was nice enough but not a huge selection of hot veg food, only eggs and toast really. It was very convenient for going to the station and into town, bus connections were right outside and so was the promenade which really helped. I wouldn't go back in a rush but it was a cute little place.

::The hotel is nice, however for being a 4 star hotel it is a bit overpriced. The room and bathroom size of the standard double room is a bit small for 2 persons and not comfortable to work both at the same time. The room is very functional though. We had to ask for the wifi password because we did not find it in the brochure. The hotel does not offer conditioner, tooth paste, or brush. Towels were ok. The bed were 2 beds together, so to sleep together the middle part was uncomfortable. I found nice that a coffee machine with 4 capsules was in the room, however it was with 2 sugar packs, 2 sweeteners and 2 cream (I put 2 sugar packs and 2 cream little pots in one cup of coffee so it was not enough for us). The temperature was very warm inside and humid, although our heaters were all in minimum, so from time to time we had to open our window. Sadly, our window faced the bus stop so it was very loud when we kept it open. The personnel is nice and the location is very central. If you have the chance, choose the rooms that face the opposite direction of the street.

::I stayed here for 2 nights in the city room and it was a good stay. The rooms are relatively smaller compared to other city center hotels but they do offer an overall boutique experience. Issues: 1) the room did not seem to have sound proof windows so I woke up to traffic sounds 2) curtains in the room don’t block the morning light so that was quite uncomfortable for me as I don’t prefer that Overall, the experience was pleasant besides the two issues i experienced which are not much of a deal breaker for some guests.
