::I've been with Märkische Bank for around 16 years. Ever since I have an account. I would never change, no matter which branch I am in, everyone is super friendly. If you have any questions, you can communicate with an employee via live chat via online banking. Super easy and if it is more complex and cannot be solved quickly, you will be called if necessary. There are also no unnecessary costs, e.g. for transfers that you have to pay extra, as with other banks, among other things. The best bank there is.
