    Fabulous hotel great central location bus tram stops taxi rank outside front door staff some of the most helpful friendly polite we have ever come across large bed rooms very comfortable bed great views over city will definitely return

    Had a fantastic stay! The room was quiet, and clean with a comfy bed. Breakfast was amazing, and the coffee was excellent and piping hot. Big thanks to the front desk staff too—they made me feel very welcome when I arrived. A nice man at the front desk even let me check in early after a long-haul flight. Shoutout to the lovely lady who got me a sewing kit when I asked. Definitely coming back if I'm in Frankfurt again!

    For this price range this hotel has the slowest and least helpful reception. During my 1 day visit overall I spent more than an hour at the reception (1st they didn’t find the reservation, than I left the luggage at the reception, which later they were searching for 20 minutes. This luggage problem happened again, after I check out. If you are coming to the Meade, I wouldn’t suggest this place. There are hotels with better prices and crews.

    The room was clean. The reception officers were friendly. The breakfast was sufficient. I generally enjoyed my stay. Your approach to save the planet is appreciated. However, please put some water in the rooms! I also noticed that even bottle water in Frankfurt tastes terrible.

    My room was dirty and toilet was not clean, After I checked in I asked housekeeping staff to clean the room, but nobody came. After 3hrs of waiting I asked again, no reply. Finally I checked out from the hotel after spending almost 5hrs in dirty room. Customer service asked me why I wanted to checkout so early, I explained them the situation again. They assured me that I will get my full refund back or they will give me credit for next booking for the hotel. I have not received any refund or credit after waiting for 7days
