  Not even worth a star, actually. Very, very unfriendly and not recommended. Help is needed very urgently and is treated in a totally condescending and disgusting manner. No thanks, we'd rather go to a day clinic in Cologne or Bonn.

  Not recommended for elderly patients who require care. Every time we visited, we had to wash our relatives and put on new clothes, although the sisters were warned several times that care was needed. The sisters were sometimes very nice, but preferred to chat or to shop for clothes in the group. The treating doctor was really very nice and understanding! He also took the time to talk in detail about how to proceed.
