The staff is not friendly, you can immediately see that they look down on you. I have never, I want to repeat, never once received a normal appointment in this clinic, every time I come here I am told that I do not have an appointment or the time of the appointment is written incorrectly, although they write it themselves!!!!. Every time I come to this hospital, I can wait for more than an hour while waiting for my appointment. I can sit and wait for my turn and an hour, and two or even three hours, even though I see the line change every thirty minutes. I’m not exaggerating, I say it from my experience. You can be ignored for a long time while you are standing there just to say you have an appointment, you are constantly made to wait, even though you see the staff having their nice conversations and just barely moving while they are walking towards you. I was appointed here surgery and I am ready to refuse it, I'm just scared to trust these people and this hospital. I would not advise anyone to go here.

So the stuff just doesn’t care, I literally can see them chating trough glass door, instead of booking me in, trying to be polite while being passive aggressive on purpose! I’m straight up canceling my gf’s surgery here! FR!!! P.S. It’s a review not from one visit, we’ve been visiting this lace for 6month now and it keeps getting worse. One time they even gave my gf an appointment when they closed! This place is just suck, I’m sorry but it’s true. I’m not even mention that the doctors keeps running away from this please, for example our fist doctor is now doing her practice in other hospital as well as our second and third one) So think twice before get any treatment here

I gave birth last month at Marienkrankenhaus and I am writing this review as this is the only way to say a big thank you. I had a great experience. I stayed 6 days at the hospital and met every shift. From midwifes to doctors, everyone treats you great. Thank you !!

My wife gave birth here and the people were nice and helpful. It went very smoothly and they took good care of her and the baby. Also recently my mother had an emergency and and they took good care of her despite the fact that we waited 6 hours in the emergency room which is the only down side and I really hope the hospital will look into the waiting times because it was frustrating.

Avoid like the plague. I stayed here for a kidney infection. The catheter was put in wrong and I was in so much pain, I had to cry and scream for them to take it out. They kept saying it’s “normal”. NO, PAIN IS NOT NORMAL. THE LITERAL DEFINITION OF PAIN IS “AN INDICATION OF ILLNESS OR INJURY”. Catheters shouldn’t hurt like that. There was another patients blood smeared all over the walls in my room. it was absolutely disgusting and no one cleaned it. I was discharged with medication that wasn’t getting rid of the infection, and even with more inflammation in my kidney was found on the last day I was there (proof the medicine wasn’t working)- they let me go. ***Now, I have been trying to get ahold of over 10 different hospital staff members via email to help me get reimbursed nearly €3,000 through my insurance- and no one will respond to me. I need a receipt of payment and a simple small sheet to get filled out by the attending doctor, and I cannot get anyone to respond to my emails.*** AVOID THIS HOSPITAL! YOU'RE BETTER OFF LETTING A HOMELESS MAN MEDICALLY TREAT YOU IN AN ALLEY!
