  The food is great, but the service takes two stars from me. They came to our table to take our order about 20 minutes after we sat down. Then I think they forgot us, because they took about 40 minutes to bring us our food, but just half. Another 15-20 minutes for the other half. The waitress was all apologetic and told us we would get a coffee from the house. We asked for a coffee after our meal but the ticket came with that in it. So, not so good. If you're willing to wait long, it would be okay. Location is nice and the place is nice inside.

  I found Manufaktur the best pizzeria in Tübingen, and was my go-to place whenever I craved for a Pizza during my 5 years of stay in Tübingen. While I tried almost all their pizzas, my favorite was Pizza Quatro and Pizza Manufaktur. I liked the fresh, wood-fired oven baked pizza so much that I myself recommended it to all my friends, relatives and acquaintances who visited me in Tübingen, and they too found it incredible. The only downside is that on weekends, the queue and waiting times used to be crazy long and it was a pain. Therefore if you want to enjoy their mindblowing pizza with lesser waiting time, I would recommend visiting here on a weekday.

  Extremely good. Great food, drinks and service. Also has good cocktails. And the pizza is simply awesome.
