::I can't understand one star awards at all. For me there is nothing to complain about in any respect. Full stars for this friendly and competent team. The practice is clean and modern. I feel in good hands from start to finish. But the sentence is great now. Or? The Kürnach location was described here, but I assume that it is the same in all MainUrologie practices!

::I recently had an appointment. I had to wait forever until it was my turn to register. When I went to the doctor, he didn't take my problem particularly seriously and literally "dismissed" me. I only got a solution when the doctor was already at the door and I asked him directly. Still, it wasn't very helpful. If I could, I wouldn't have given this place any stars.

::I can't confirm the negative review. I called because of an acute problem and got an appointment the same day. When I got there it took less than 5 minutes to get to it. The lady at the reception was nice and the doctor also took his time and explained everything. Can only recommend the practice.
