::Nice well made products, but that's only if you actually get your order. Their system prioritizes selling to new customers rather than fulfilling existing orders, leaving you waiting 6 months for your furniture while someone else can buy it "Express". I waited 3 month for a couple of chairs. DHL failed to deliver them (probably due to a mistake on Made's side), and they were returned to sender. Customer support could only offer me a refund, or to place a new order that will take another 3 months, while my chairs would be put back to stock and sold to someone else.

::their instructions are badly explained. the quality of the products are very low. it is overpriced and they do not send any support. I purchased a wardrobe recently and it took 3 days to install and I even injured myself. worst experience ever. never gonna buy something ever again.

::Worst experience. My order was 3 months delayed and except from "sorry we can't deliver your item in time and actually can't tell when we can" there was no further info and the worst part is, you don't get answers from anybody. Bon voyage Made.com
