  Hello, Unfortunately I have to give it one star because you can't give zero stars. These are MY personal experiences, although I'm sure there are many people out there too. who go home positive. After a long wait, I was looking forward to the psychosomatic rehabilitation in Bad Pyrmont. (It was recommended to me by the pension insurance company). Since I had already had a “head doctor’s visit” on my first day, I thought “WOW, this is going well”. However, the disillusionment occurred quite quickly. After I had described my problems (mental and physical) for about 10 minutes, the only answer I got was “you have a problem with getting old”. Wow, I just thought. What a statement. It took 6 days (1 week) until I got to my first one-on-one interview. OK. The conversation lasted 1.5 hours (we got to know each other and I talked about my problems. A week later (2 weeks) I had my second individual conversation (“Energy robbers and energy donors”). Finally, I was told that I was getting a new psychologist. Well, I thought it was great, everything from the beginning. It can't get any worse. But it got worse. A week later (3 weeks) I didn't even get an appointment - it had to be rescheduled. OK. In the fourth week I had my one-on-one interview (my third). But unfortunately not as I thought. Yes, of course I didn't feel like saying that again and I thought about who should (or can) judge me. This answer was also answered very quickly, as my certificate of “fitness to work” had already been brought along for me to sign. (If you come in fit for work, you will leave fit for work. Wow what clairvoyants……. In the same week I had another appointment, which was only scheduled to last 30 minutes because it was a replacement appointment. I haven't been able to get an appointment in the last week. So in 5 weeks 4 individual appointments. Unfortunately, I am not an isolated case. The person sitting next to me at the table had 5 different therapists. Conclusion for me -! I was not helped in ANY way, even if it says so in my doctor's letter (the pension insurance also gets it). Now I have to wait 4 years until I get the next opportunity to apply for rehab. Otherwise I can't say anything bad. Therapists were good and friendly so far. The rooms are functionally furnished (TV and poor internet have to be paid for separately) The food was very varied and good. I would also give more stars for the therapists, but the disappointment outweighs the disappointment. Date 04/12/24 Steffen

  From reception to room service everything was in perfect order. Here you are perceived as a patient and treated in a very friendly and competent manner. My respect to all the employees, from the clinic management to the service department, always friendly and competent. Just thank you. I wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.   I was at Knie Tep Ahb in August this year and was thrilled. The staff, no matter in which area, were very friendly and always helpful. The room was practically furnished and clean. The therapists were very competent and the tips helped me to be free of symptoms after 3.5 months. The other knee will be coming in January and I would be happy if I can get the same great treatment from January 31st, 2024.

  I was in the orthopedics department for rehab from July 17th to August 12th, 2023 and felt like I was in good hands in the clinic. The staff is very friendly, the therapists are great and very patient-oriented. The food was very tasty and there was a good selection. The rooms are well equipped. Each room has a balcony and even a clothes horse. Only the cleanliness of the rooms could be better. There is a lot of dust and stains that seem to be overlooked by the cleaning staff. I was disappointed with the senior orthopedic surgeon, Dr. A. He talks down to you, has no empathy at all and doesn't really listen. Unfortunately, I cried with him after every visit. My ward doctor, Ms. C., always picked me up after the visits, she was so super friendly and sensitive that I am very grateful to her! You want a doctor like that. Thank you for the good time in Bad Pyrmont!

  Well, first of all this Klinik is called here Providenzia, not "m & clinic Bad Pyrmont". The building there consisting of few buildings in a big park complex, close to Reha Klinik Weser. If you would like to come hier you can reach this place with bus 63 or with a car. But if you are here for a first time- take a taxi. The entrance is on your left, just behind the bus stop. The best way is - "Auf der Schanze" street. You can reach this place also going through the park, via Schulstrasse street. I can say that my good friend worked in this klinik. They proposed only part-time jobs (2018).There is an organisation chaos-they need urgent better managment. No inner communication between diffrent sections. The klinik seems like from 80's just before internet era. My friend , who has university degree and work experience worked here really hard -"like a slave"- and get only ...300 euro at the end of the month. Next day she resigned. The weekends and bank holidays are not extra paid. The klinik needs also specialists who can help people who are dying and wants to talk about death. I hope so that new managment will change here all for better. By the way- what happend with all photos if the Clinic, which I posted? Really nice and good quality,made in autumn with so many "likes" I received from people? Has somebody all removed?
