It may be a one-dimensional impression for such a large facility, which is in no way intended to be representative of the treatments/care offered on site... BUT Employees beware: at least partly an indelicate way to separate yourself from employees. I find it dishonest, deceitful and calculating when one is suggested to leave the company (regardless of previous, uncommunicated "events"), with a tag of "freedom of choice" and presumed deliberate misleading (I find it difficult to imagine that no one has any idea of what he is saying - otherwise retraining would be absolutely necessary) - it is better to quit yourself than to be fired (even in the presence of the staff council!!!) This is the approach The job agency also noticed it negatively. A pity... Internal team processes should be analyzed and corrected/adapted if there has been a disproportionately high number of changes in performance positions within two years. At least this one area is absolutely not recommended... And that's in the social sector.

Station 19.1 Short version: I have never been treated as poorly and ignorantly in a "therapeutic" facility as I was treated here. Some employees who prepare offers outside the ward and also some people from the "therapeutic" team are really competent and nice and friendly, but unfortunately that doesn't apply to everyone. 7 weeks after moving in I was told I had to give up my room for therapeutic reasons. No problem, I'll clear my room in the next few days. NO! I would have to pack everything up now so that they can clear the room tomorrow morning right before the cleaning ladies. The complaints about why the rooms had to be changed had been going on for 4(!) weeks at this point and no one did anything or even listened when the problem was raised, even though several single rooms had become available in the meantime. Is it possible to wait another 5 days because then the next single room becomes available? Also no, I would have to vacate my room. If I don't like that, I would be happy to leave the facility. Objections such as that I couldn't adapt so quickly due to psychological stress and would need a night or two to adjust to the new situation were ignored. So I left the facility and the “therapeutic” team didn’t even say goodbye because no one could look me in the eyes anymore. This was just one incident of many that brought it to a head for me. Constantly closed duty room, ignorance of problems raised, preference for certain patients, cancellation of conversations, unwillingness to help when it comes to clarifying problems between patients,... I could go on, but I'll leave it at that. I have heard from other patients that other wards are significantly better when it comes to the problems mentioned above and also the therapy itself, which means I don't want to condemn the entire clinic here. But if anyone is considering going to station 19.1, I can only recommend exploring other options first.

Ward 15.1 Geriatric Psychiatry So here you can only find words of praise. My father was an inpatient there. Great nurses, doctors, social workers who do their job with a lot of heart. And this is certainly not an easy one. Thank you for everything. Best regards

This isn't a hotel, but the bathrooms are full of mold. The patients are not in a position to pay attention to such things, but care managers, doctors and therapists should also pay attention to health and cleanliness. If there were normal hospitals, they paid close attention. ..

6 week (2020/2021) stay. The person in the wood workshop is completely unempathetic and not at all nice to most of the patients. In contrast to the sports, art and occupational therapists and the ward management, who were very nice and empathetic. The nurses on the ward are also very nice and take great care of the patients. No medication change was made, despite multiple requests. My doctor in charge ultimately advised me to go for a walk. Without words! My email regarding my dissatisfaction was answered promptly by the station management and apologized! Great!
