::I give my stay in the clinic 4 stars. All in all, the stay was quite good, but I would have liked more conversations to work through deep-seated problems. However, everyday life there consists of therapies that activate the body but also relax it. There was only a conversation with a psychologist once a week Alternatively, you also have the opportunity to speak to your caregiver. As I said, unfortunately not enough for my taste. The buildings are a bit older, pictures on the website of the rooms were taken in the new house for private patients, so don't let any statutory health insurance patients be fooled. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities are already getting old. You have the option of using a shared shower with a bathtub and a toilet (this room could also be locked) or you have the option of showering in a “storage room”, which unfortunately lacks a mirror and freedom of movement . The patient rooms (twin rooms) only have a niche with a sink and a cupboard that is too small for the time you are there. In general I can only speak for station D12 and I hope that there will be improvements there in the next few years. The nurses are very attentive and usually have an open ear and are all very friendly. You never had the feeling that you were a burden or that you were always taken seriously as one of many patients with problems.

::I was on the F16 for 16 weeks and can only report good things. I was helped very well. Great doctors, friendly nurses and great service staff. Any time I'm feeling bad, I'd be happy to come back. A great clinic.

::I was housed in ward D11 for 8 weeks and am now leaving the clinic feeling hopeful. The nursing staff are great, friendly and approachable at all times, very helpful in some difficult situations. Thank you for that!! My thanks also go to the therapists, both my psychologist and my music therapist and my occupational therapist. If I needed professional help again in a phase of my life, I would always go to ward D11. I deducted one star for the room, a twin room without its own toilet and a little outdated.

::My stay in the clinic was from November 2020 to 2021 on ward 15. Due to Corona, many applications and offers were only possible on a small scale. The staff made a lot of effort to meet the medical requirements. Except for the private rooms, the rooms are occupied by two people. There are no televisions in the rooms, but there is a free WiFi connection. The clinic is smoker-friendly (I don't smoke :-)) I got into painting through the ergo group. Painting or drawing has become my energy anchor. The food selection is “satisfactory”. For breakfast I brought my own muesli and yoghurt. Lunch was good and tasty. The clinic is very far from Hemer. The area is ideal for hiking or cycling. The stay was good for me and prepared me for further therapy. Many thanks to Team 15.
