  Nurses on the ward are top. Doctors... I don't think anything of the place anymore! Some of the psychologists no longer have any empathy, one or two doctors are ok but most of them think that they are something better and some of them are very snooty, especially the ward in the direction of borderline and depression. They lost the blood I had taken and said there was a traffic jam during the delivery, the doctor talked his way out of it. In the urine test you suddenly got 2x POSITIVE VALUES OF ALCOHOL IN THE URINE XD The house is a joke, especially if If you have ALWAYS tested NEGATIVE for the last few months and it is also known that you have nothing to do with alcohol, you can deport your patients. No wonder this clinic has a bad reputation! I can recommend the depression ward but not the borderline and Depression ward. The only thing that is really top there are the ward nurses, for whom I am very grateful!!!! .... one or two of the ward doctors in the borderline and depression ward should take an example!!!!!! Never again !!!!

  Absolutely useless in my opinion. My fiancée has mental problems and has been there a few times in the last few weeks, something is also preventing her from staying in the clinic mentally. Now she decided yesterday that she should be compulsorily admitted to the clinic and was brought there yesterday by RTW because she couldn't drive there on her own and then she had to wait for hours just so that she could drive there again today We sat there again today for hours just for them to give us a flyer about something where the doctors would come to your home. My fiancée doesn't know what's wrong with her, she starts shaking at night and has the wrong perception of everything. The whole thing has been going on for about 2 weeks now. The doctors in this clinic are totally incompetent and unfriendly, then everything is so bleak and can't they actually afford doctors who speak understandable German? Either the doctors speak completely unclearly or they have a strong accent that you simply can't understand. I really don't know who needs the help, the patients or the doctors

  Not recommendable! Had an extremely severe panic attack today due to dire circumstances at home, sleep deprivation and anxiety disorders. The last option for me was to call an ambulance. It calmed me down a bit, the rescue workers were also very friendly. We then went to the LWL Clinic. The doctor can barely speak German and doesn't even meet the requirements for one. (in my opinion) I was sent back home, no tests were carried out. Besides, I should just take more of the tablets I was prescribed. Thank you 💪🏽

  I stayed there. Overall the Clinic was ok. The doctors are ok but obviously very busy and I felt like they didn't take the time to really help just give tablets. The station was nice but it can get very boring. The food at the cafeteria was high standard.
