  Station 42, visiting an old lady friend. She is clear-headed, recognizes everyone, and a small deficit becomes apparent during longer conversations. We asked for the diaper to be changed because our friend was bothered by soreness. This diaper change is probably tied to a time system... We were not allowed to take worn laundry with us twice for washing... You can't get yourself out of the room alone either. Access prohibited (single room)... Lady walks around in men's pajamas on pimpled socks. She was cold... We are very accommodating when it comes to overwhelmed employees. I don't ask politely for a third time...... Team Wallraff should do some “research” here. I have never seen more inhumane behavior. Shame on you! S

  Unfortunately, I came across a very unfriendly employee who I wanted to ask or her colleague a question. She then shouted at me very loudly and shouted at me. After such a long day trying to get urgent help for a relative, it's hard to bear and it really affected me. Please think about the situation you would be in if you brought relatives to the emergency room. I mean, we're talking about a place where people come to get help and then they yell at you so much that the seriously ill relative refuses urgent help because they feel so uncomfortable. Finally, I can only say that I have accompanied many, many relatives through many hospitals. I have never experienced such inappropriate behavior.

  Do not try to call if you do not speak german. A huge institution with only one language speaker receptionist.
