  WORST SERVICE EVER! they made up lies about policies on buying multiple items which i know for a fact are made up since I've shopped at other LV stores.

  its clear to notice that all their workers have 0 knowledge how to work in such a segment. It looks more their workers was working before in a bakery or translation. Service level 0, knowledge level 0, so its clear to understand that its very hard for LV to find good workers in Berlin. I highly recommend a LV executive to make a test in this store and to replace the current store manager as its very bad experience.

  They could do better with customer service. Sometimes you have to browse when you see something nice before you buy. This shop have more items that most of the shops in eu And you can shop and eat in Kadewe . What else can you ask for? Follow me on IG:Ghanaarmani

  Off-center hotstamping done. Pathetic atmosphere, unfriendly and utterly hopeless. A far cry from the lovely experiences in other Louis Vuitton boutiques all over the world.
