  Very nice saleswoman who is always in a good mood and still has a smile on her face even in stress. In addition, you can get everything you would expect from a good kiosk here!

  As my predecessors mentioned, an absolutely incompetent business when it comes to DHL. My calibrated, previously measured and weighed Amazon carton was rated as not suitable. In another shipping bag, the plastic corners were pulled apart so that it no longer fit. Total nonsense. The woman with the blonde hair and glasses was kind of annoyed with her job that I wonder why she does this job. The post office in the city center accepted the parcels without any problems. I WILL NEVER ENTER THIS SHOP AGAIN.

  To me always friendly or at least neutral politely, even if it is just a return. "Proactive" notes on registered mail, etc. What more? - However, I'm not on marketing clown performance anyway.

  This press shop is not customer friendly Letters weigh eg. B. 1 gram too much, for which one should pay a higher postage. If you go to the post office, the letter is in the tolerance of 20 grams. With parcels it does not look different. The size is determined with an old yardstick.
