::Been coming here for at least 4 years and food was good, fast pizza, good ingredients. Also ate in several other outlets from L’Osteria, and did not exceed expectations but neither disappointed. Today, I dined in 2, place a bit over half full, THE WORST SERVICE EVER, WORST CALZONE EVER (not only in L’Osteria, but in Europe), more like pizza panne than calzone… Waiter rushed us into ordering, messed up ONE drink from ONE ordered. Messed up one pizza out of TWO. Unbelievable! After which, he is the one offended… Enjoyed it so far but after today’s experience, will think twice. Shame!

::I love L’Osteria and I have been to probably 20 outlets around the Europe. But here at this place it took them around an hour to serve a simple Pizza margarita. Not acceptable service. Also, I had ordered three separate items, they served all items at different times, which is not a great dining experience. This place is either understaffed or poorly managed.

::We were in Regensburg for a short time and were touring the old city as part of a River Cruise. We were given some free time and decided to have lunch at this establishment. For us, it was a great choice. The staff was bilingual and spoke English, the service was great the prices reasonable and the food tasted great. We decided to get a spicy pepperoni pizza for the three (3) of us. This was the right amount of food with no leftovers. The pizzas are all thin and crispy and are approximately 16-18 inches in size. They have water closets (bathrooms) available, too. We hope your experience is as nice as ours.

::Waiting 1 h for pizza. Terrible. Pizza nothing special, they save on ingrediants as you can see on the photo and its very thin like 2 mm included ingrediants.

::Service is very good; the waitress that served me was kind. I ordered a Lasagna: it was also tasty. The restaurant is located inside the Old City: few minutes from the Cathedral (Dom) and few minutes from the Danube river. I would have preferred if they had fresh lemonade! The atmosphere was okay though not the best.
