::Terrible customer experience. The employees straight up ignore you or address you rudely. When asked basic tasks such as truing a wheel, they don't have the tools. I've seen them handle bikes very poorly, banging them on the walls and dropping them on the floor. I had to question the main employee for him to finally recommend another shop that does carry essential tools.
