::Just had an appointment for prophylaxis, which should then take place 22 minutes late. A doctor "kindly" took over this appointment, otherwise I would have had to wait longer. You can hardly believe it in such practices, but it can happen that you have follow-up appointments after a visit to the dentist. In this respect, I was forced to leave the practice due to the tight time frame for prophylaxis. Just for information: I was allowed to wait last time too, but only 15 minutes. Incidentally, there was no excuse for this practice management.

::I have sworn by practical expertise for years. I never had the feeling that I had been pressured into treatment so that the practice could settle accounts; it was always medically necessary. The doctors are attentive and experienced, so unpretentious that the person who has the most experience (root canal, tooth correction, etc.) always carries out a special treatment. Absolutely recommendable!

::Nicely furnished practice above the roofs of Berlin and competent dental hygienists (I went to have teeth cleaned), but ouch have the painful price. Almost 160 euros for a tooth cleaning?!? I've never experienced anything like it - not even in the notoriously high-priced Switzerland. Who knows, maybe the doctors need the money to pay off the gold-plated practice toilets ...? All those who do not need a 5-star ambience at the dentist are probably better off at a different address.

::Rip off PUR. Teeth cleaning 1st part € 130, because the lady had to write answers on the intranet non-stop, an hour wasn't enough. The second appointment should then cost another € 130, i.e. € 260.00 for a tooth cleaning. The scheduled visit to a dentist was canceled because nobody had time. Despite the appointment !!!. Okay, the cost estimate was then passed on to the doctor by the tooth cleaner. The estimate came even without a visit from a specialist? € 450 for a repair on tooth 4.7. When I asked me by phone, why should I be billed with a factor of 4.50, the lady on the phone explained to me that the material is so expensive? On my statement the material is charged in a different position, she didn't know what to do and hung up. I then skipped the second dental cleaning appointment, who likes to go to fraudsters? An invoice was sent for this, but it was canceled again. This week I had tooth 4.7 done at my new dentist. A surcharge of only € 160 due to some choices in treatment and material. What a difference.
