::Beautiful hotel. Staff was excellent and welcoming. Fantastic location walking distance to the harbor area, Rathaus town hall, St. Michaels church, St. Nikolai’s church and other main sights around town.

::This was the perfect place in town to allow us to visit all the sites. It was also close to the S line to get to the airport. The rooms were very clean with a beautiful view. The receptionist was so nice when we checked in that night.

::Had a very nice stay here, unfortunately only one night, so I can't say mich about the restaurant, gym or bar. Liked the room, it was good size, liked the open bathroom concept and slept very comfortably. Great central location as well! I will for sure be back.

::Contrary to the overwhelming amount of positive reviews, I had a different experience staying two nights while passing through Hamburg. The rooms are extremely outdated and rather uncomfortable, with a dirty/dark wall to wall carpet covering most of the floor. In the corners of the room we noticed a ant traps, indicating a problem with pests. Housekeeping would wake us up every morning to ask if we'd like the room serviced. After saying "no, we are all set", the next 30 minutes to an hour would be followed by more requests from other housekeepers asking to make up the room....they do not communicate with each other and therefore results in you getting woken up every few minutes throughout the morning. Very aggravating! The wifi was decent to work off of, and the hotel is a pretty central location. Walking distance to everything including the Christmas Markets which we really enjoyed. Not worth the price, I would recommend staying somewhere a but more luxurious with more modern amenities in the rooms for a more comfortable stay.

::The #1 most important - modern and perfectly clean room. Great spot for us near the St Michel church Christmas market and near to the other markets in the center. Nice recognition of Hyatt status. Didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment there
