  This was the second time I stayed at this hotel! The price was very affordable so I didn't really expect much but was pleasantly surprised from many perspectives. The highlight was the breakfast and breakfast crew/staff. They were very very friendly and efficient. They kept the breakfast fully stocked and clean at all times. The rooms were very clean and with anything you may need as a back up already in the room(shavers, shampoo, earbuds ect.) The location of this hotel was great and close enough to a vital Ubahn station. I came back for second time for a reason and I highly recommend it.

  Great location and good wifi connection. Room 305 is a very small 1 person bedroom. You can hear everything. Your neigbours, the toilet, showers from other rooms. I believe this room is just next to the central sewage system and therefore very noisy when other toilets or showers are used. My advice is to use this room for maintenance or housekeeping. No experience in other rooms.

  And the 3.5 stars goes to leonardooo because of its small room and the restroom and bathroom are smaller then the room which have full transparent glass and slider door. Breakfast is good enough and employees are interested and kind. The most important thing is it’s close to the centrum, it takes about 10 minutes by walking. And the street is silent at night, so you can sleep well.

  Great location, great service from staff, but wasn't a great room unfortunately, it's extremely dated and the shower cubicle was tiny! The room itself needs an uplift and more light as its extremely dark, it did have good amenities and the location was perfect as I was on business and it was close to the office and some lovely little cafes and restaurants not to mention a 15 min walk to the main centre which was a bonus, wouldn't stay here again unfortunately!

  I had a very nice two-night stay in two different rooms (one the night of my arrival in Munich, one the night before my departure). Both rooms were very comfortable and clean. I appreciated the amenities--bottled water, tea and coffee, good toiletries, etc. In my second room you could hear through the walls to the room next door as well to the stairwell, but that was the only problem. The breakfast selection was excellent and the breakfast room very pleasant. All staff in the hotel were courteous and helpful. The location in the Maxvorstadt is wonderful--a stone's throw from the major art museums and right on the doorstep of lots of great restaurants, cafes, and shops. Thank you for the nice stay!
