  Anyone who arrives at 10 to 12 has bad cards. A simple bank statement from the last 3 months was too much of a good thing, considering all the levers that had to be put into motion🙄 No, the emaciated employee was simply too good at helping me, after minutes of (and pointless) back and forth, my request should be linked to the requirement that I file all my account statements in paper form in the future, whereby I need this statement once for the job center. Shortly afterwards I called the Lzo headquarters and lo and behold, I spent 2 minutes on the phone and was helped. Unfortunately, this means I have a delay of several days. The Lzo should think about how to deal with customers or implement training in dealing with customers. The employee from the old iron was desperately needed, incredibly unprofessional.
