  I was here twice today to withdraw money, unfortunately the chaos from the night has still not been cleared up and I had to climb through a barrier and over a lot of rubble. Unfortunately, the machine was also completely battered and wouldn't take my card. A technician urgently needs to come here and clean it up. There were enough people on site, but they were all already busy. I'm going to another branch first.

  Good advice, but unfortunately you always leave with empty promises. I wanted to take out a loan and was promised that the money would be there 1-2 days later. It's still not there yet. That was the last time I did anything there.

  LZO Edewecht has been my bank for over 60 years. We have always received very good advice and service. Even while we were away from Odenwald, everything was done by telephone and post for over 10 years. Which bank does that? Today, in these fast-moving times, it is still the same.   Simply super, always friendly and help with every problem and explain it to you when you're young. I tried 3 banks. I started an account at each bank when I was 10. I'm now 18 and I have to say lzo was the best.

  ... after more than 30 years, we are now parting ways, “dear” Sparkasse. In the meantime I was only disappointed in this branch. Incompetent employees who even accuse you of things, including exorbitant account management fees and attempts to repeatedly take money out of your pocket (no switch to online account statements for months, even though the branch informed you about it several times. These were then sent out for a fee). Now that's enough. I don't know whether it would be better at another bank. But I'll try it now. There are only two stars because there are a few capable employees there who make an effort.
