I submitted a change request to the LBank for the restart assistance, which was also approved after about two months of processing. It has been more than 3 months since I received this notification and no money has yet been transferred. I have already contacted LBank 3 times in these 3 months and actually nothing has happened. I can understand that there are a lot of applications to be processed, but the fact that an instruction has now lasted longer than 3 months is simply not acceptable. I was also lucky enough to get through to the hotline and the lady assured me that the money would be transferred within the next 8 days - that was almost a month ago. Well, I get so easily frustrated that you don't get any news from this bank like this. In my initial applications, I experienced exactly the opposite; Application and payment within one week!

Parental benefit application still not through after> 3 months. Documents were submitted later, no response for 7 weeks. The telephone hotline announces a 5 minute waiting time and then throws me out after 11 minutes (“it takes longer than expected”). 11 min 😞 given away

Verarsche pure application for 12 months parental allowance only 10 months will be paid. Reason: Receiving maternity allowance before the birth - one actually has nothing to do with the other!

After both births approx. 2 weeks processing time and parental allowance transferred immediately. Telephone availability was also possible. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The form was with us within 3 days. So far everything is ok. Hopefully it stays that way.

Absolutely incompetent employees. I've never seen anything outrageous. I applied for parental allowance after 2 months I received in the mail that documents that were actually sent along are missing. But after a month I sent Oke again to write the same thing. When I called, waiting for about 10 minutes, the lady told me I could do it by email so that it would go faster, and a note would be made in my file that the processing was urgent. 6 weeks after I had sent the e-mail, I called again by phone (also endless waiting time) whereupon I was shamelessly pointed out that the e-mail was not there and the note that I should not send it by post then takes another 6 weeks . Employees do not admit the mistake and incompetence and still blame you. Something like that should be forbidden. This behavior is unacceptable to play with the lives of others and their finances in this way. LIMITLESS INCOMPETENCE is a top priority at L-Bank. Service is a foreign word here I feel compelled to go to the lawyer Addendum to the owner's answer: That processing takes forever is one thing, mistakes also happen. You wouldn't be so offended if employees apologized for the inconvenience or at least saw it as an option that they made the mistake and then see to it that it was fixed. The only thing the employee said was, I quote: "I can't do anything, what do you want from me now, but the fault is not ours." The question arises how 10 minutes after this review my decision was miraculously approved and "suddenly" the documents and the e-mail appeared. Even the owner couldn't apologize. Cheeky, outrageous and just unbelievable. You might think that the employees try very hard to do their job as poorly as possible. The problem is that there are no other providers and so the company doesn't have to make an effort to improve. Despite reviews that are sometimes really embarrassing for the L-Bank, it tends to get worse than better.
