::Finally a sports and fitness studio that works without dumbbells and weight training. This is not a "gym"! This is about fitness, flexibility and endurance. My back already thanks you. The trainers are very competent, listen and give good tips and advice. I feel very well cared for here. I don't regret training here. This studio is better than rehab sports. I think the “five” back and joint center is very good, as it has eased my back pain a lot. I found it very good that an anamnesis was also taken and that the devices are tailored to me. It couldn't be better. The prices are higher than in the usual Mukkibude. But the ambience, the service and the competence of the trainers who are always on site make up for it.
