  Worth a visit. You learn a lot about the history of salt boiling here in the region and also about the brine bath. In our case, the 2-hour tour (there are also shorter offers) was also superbly led by the head of the Kunsthof, so that we all took home a lot of impressions and quite a bit of knowledge. In short: anyone interested in the history of culture and technology is absolutely right here. Have fun!

  Here you can relax and you should definitely take a guided tour here! Very friendly and helpful staff. Here you can expand his knowledge of salt production, then you can also climb on the Grenadierwerk, which is still in operation.

  We took the guided tour in english. We had a well spoken, charming and knowledgeable guide. The museum was small but interesting with interactive stations like optaining your own salt. One of the best things to do when in Schönebeck.
